Drizzling rain and fog hasn’t been able to drown the spirits of Mr. Neil’s crew today as they were unphased by the weather and still rocked out the rock climbing and learned the knots, tent/tarp set ups and other camping skills. Unfortunately, our ability to upload photos is delayed as the satellite Internet uplink we have at our remote camp can’t handle the bandwidth of the photos when the clouds and moisture are thick overhead, but we’ll get more pics up as soon as we can.
All that said, the kids are doing great and staying warm, and they’re continuing to have fun! As I type this now, they are settling into sleeping bags after an evening of Challenge Night, an epic game of talents, funky skills and skits.
Hopefully we’ll get some thinning clouds in the morning and get some pics up before dropping back off at the school tomorrow afternoon.
